BREAKING NEWS FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Los Angeles Clipper owner buys $50 million building through the Donald T. Sterling Charitable Foundation (DTSCF) — purchase announced in an advertisement today, January 18, 2007, in the print edition of the Los Angeles Times.

State of California Registrar of Charitable Trusts, Kevis Foley, said in a morning phone interview with TWPOC.com today that the “Donald T Sterling Charitable Foundation doesn’t look like it is registered as a charity in California at this time under the DTSCF name.” TWPOC.com also did not find DTSCF listed on Guidestar.org’s IRS Federal Charity database.
